Cake Batter Protein Shake
Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (or tofu)
1 scoop SunWarrior vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp Erythritol
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 drops English Toffee Stevia drops
3/4 cup water
5 to 10 ice cubes
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Sprinkles for topping (optional)
Serves: 1
Directions
1. Blend all in Ninja/Food processor.
2. Top with sprinkles (optional)
*This serves one, but I usually split it up into 2 servings because it's so filling (it honestly tastes like delicious cake batter); 1/2 as an afternoon snack and half as a late night post-workout snack.
