Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven
Ingredients
1 carton large cage free eggs
Ice
Salt
Serves: 12
Directions
1. Place the eggs in a muffin tray
2. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes (every oven is different, so watch for brown speckles; this means they're probably done if you're nearing the 20 minute mark)
3. Take them out of muffin tin immediately and put in a bowl of cool ice water for ~10 minutes until they cool down a bit.
4. Dry with a kitchen towel, and store in the fridge!
I guess you could peel all of them at once if you knew you'd be eating them right away, but I don't have that amount of patience, so I just peel right before eating, sprinkle with salt, and nom!
