Ooey Gooey Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

 

3 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use Jay Robb because it's low carb)

1/4 cup stevia

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg or equivalent egg white beaters

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk

 

Serves: 16

 

Directions

 

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Gently heat almond butter until slighly malleable (max 30 seconds). Add in stevia and mix  thoroughly.

3. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond milk to mixture. Mix well.

4. Mix together protein powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

5. Combine both bowls very well. (if too thick, add more almond milk tbsp by tbsp until it looks like cake batter)

6. Pour into a well-greased 8x8 glass baking dish.

7. Bake for ~25 minutes or until firm.

8. Cut into 16 equal squars.
