Protein-Packed Cookie Dough Dessert
Ingredients
1 single serve nonfat plain Greek yogurt (Chobani is my favorite)
1 tbsp almond butter (or a nut butter of your choice, or PB2)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar free mini chocolate chips (or dark chocolate)
1 tsp Erythritol or Stevia (or sugar free sweetender of your choice)
Serves: 1
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in the single serve yogurt container.
2. Freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Smile while you eat this delicious protein-packed treat.
